@thsottiaux One more thing: there is a bug in the Windows VS Code extension where it constantly asks for permission, even though I set it to full access. It happens randomly. Restarting the whole PC fixes it, probably because the service is still running.

@thsottiaux I work on a huge codebase and sometimes leave Codex running overnight. In the morning, I see many Git changes and need to understand what changed, why Codex made them, and which conversation they belong to.

It’s annoying when Codex forgets to remove debug or investigation notes
