I have spoken to more than 7 different operators and NOT ONE was able to assist or help me.

After calling more than 10 times to complain and sending several emails, ZERO ACTIONS were taken and all i keep getting is we “will contact you within 24h”. I also asked for a cancellation and was begged to give a last chance (for the 10th time), which i did, and still NOTHING
