I believe we need to take action now. With BitMart moving toward an orderly wind-down, we need to consider the possibility that customers may only recover part of their funds through a liquidation process.
More importantly, BitMart was still offering high-yield products shortly before the shutdown, and there were also significant fund transfers previously.
We should collect all evidence and report it to the relevant U.S. authorities, asking them to investigate BitMart’s assets, customer liabilities, and large transfers before the shutdown.
This is not about accusing anyone without evidence. We simply want the authorities to establish where the customers’ funds are, how much the company actually holds, and where the large transfers went.

I normally wouldn’t post something like this, but I’m out of options.

At the time, I had around $10.1 MILLION on BitMart. Since July 26, I haven’t been able to withdraw single dollar.

On July 26, my BitMart VIP manager Tony deleted his Telegram account — but I still have our entire chat history and every message. Other members of the team disappeared or deleted their accounts too.

Before this, you guys were always there — answering messages, reassuring us, sharing internal information about the platform, and telling us everything was under control.

And now? Silence.

So Sheldon, Tony, and everyone at BitMart:
WHERE IS OUR MONEY?

If the funds are safe, tell us what’s happening. Why aren’t withdrawals being processed? When are we actually getting our money back? Tens of thousands of people have been waiting for their funds since July 26.

You had plenty to say before. Now we need answers, not silence.
