@outlawlogic_ Thanks for sharing! What helped me was making space for the now. I spent time writing down 5 things I was grateful for each day. It didn’t immediately stop me from the bad habit of throwing away my days wishing for the future, but it made me stop, breathe, and appreciate.

@Saman_butterfly Great answer, thank you for your insight! Totally agree. We have 100 watts of energy a day... if we don't decide how to use it, other people will decide FOR us. And they don't always have the best goals or intentions for us.
