The Ugandan regime at it again! Now using force and violence to enforce a "cleaning campaign"! Again, they've lost any ability to persuade so they have to coerce. Sad!
@SirDanMagic1@DrBerlinerMD While they spend billions of tax payers’ money on lobbyists to clean up their mess, we counter them with just the truth and they can’t even match up.
Dear minister, you just broke 3 Laws...
1. The Computer Misuse (Amendment) Act, 2022, if still active, which explicitly criminalizes the unauthorized sharing of information about children on social media without clear consent from a parent, guardian, or caretaker before you transmit any child's image.
2. The Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019: This protects all personal data, which legally includes a minor's image, voice, and name. It dictates that any gathering or sharing of a child's image requires consent from a parent or lawful guardian.
3. The Children Act: This act protects children from all forms of exploitation and upholds their right to privacy.
Why punish a player for unintentional foul, the game is too soft and a game of this magnitude shouldn’t be decided by such soft decisions. Not a penalty in my view
