หลังตรวจสอบภาพจากกล้องวงจรปิด พบภาพชายวัยรุ่น 2 คน กำลังฉุดหญิงผู้เสียหายเข้าไปทางห้องน้ เมื่อนำภาพจากกล้องวงจรปิดและภาพของคนร้ายมาให้ผู้เสียหายชี้ยืนยัน ก็สามารถระบุตัวได้ว่าเป็น1 ในผู้ก่อเหตุ

คนร้ายจึงให้การรับสารภาพ ตำรวจได้ควบคุมตัวผู้ต้องหาส่งพนักงานสอบสวน เพื่อดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายต่อไป
