@MarcyWaldner No, I didn't. Even if he was tortured it wasn't by any Canadian. He should be suing the US military. Far as I know we acted in good faith.
@MarcyWaldner Khadr's war was unlawful & we didn't mistreat him. No one compensates our soldiers. They have to obey the law. It's not fair. Demoralizing.
@MarcyWaldner But the place he was captured in was a war zone and he was an enemy combatant. You can't be giving them millions. It sets a bad precedent.
