@JulieFrench_ Really? I've been told it's one week for US citizens by the agent that is opening it for me.

Aside, my friend from Greece formed a US company using a different agent and they handled everything, including EIN in 10 days. I have no ideas how.

I'm in the process of forming an LLC in the USA. Fun fact, it takes between 4-6 weeks to get EIN for non-US citizens. Crazy!
