@ParcelCompare update - You enter your parcel details on their portal, it takes your £ for the carrier (@FedEx in this case), their portal is not in sync with Fedex, they pass the additional charge on to you! Read their reviews first! #CustomerExperience

@ParcelCompare @FedEx I have already given you our tracking number (see attached) but, from my experience so far, dealing with your operation, I'm not surprised you've asked for it again.
You also need to familiarise yourselves with the Consumer Rights Act.
