@chellemyra I have learned how to live my life with ms not let it run my life. I know my limits. Took my a while to got to this point but it’s a better place to be than let MS rule my life.

@chellemyra I love your attitude! I have been living with the MonSter now for over 29 years. I have had enough! I’ve taken my body back as best I can! Lost weight, eat health, exercise, etc.
