Even Swiggy support is useless. Asked them to cancel but they want me to wait. Till now no delivery partner is assigned.

@Swiggy ordered food at 3:23PM when it was showing 40mins to delivery and still no delivery partner is assigned. Upon enquiry they are charging 100% for cancellation. Despite platform fee, packaging fee and countless other this is the customer pays the price for bad experience
