So @virginmedia still no install date and waiting since 28th Jan. Insult of added costs for an install we have spent weeks chasing. Order cancelled twice by you in error. @TNLComFund project waiting to do valuable work but can’t operate down to you #virginmedia@MoneyTelegraph
@virginmedia The stress you have caused us is beyond unacceptable. We are a project training and employing people with disabilities we cannot operate. We will take this further and are disgusted at the incompetence of the team meant to be managing this.
@virginmedia Please don’t insult us with this generic response. We were promised a date ( yet again) by close of business today and still no date. A survey carried out 6.2.20 so you are outside your service charter and promises consistently broken.
@vmbusinesshelp@vmbusiness So as of today our order has been cancelled in error for the second time ! When is this shoddy service going to end and we can use our national lottery funded premises. We have people to train and a business to open but no way of doing it !! This is solely down to you.

@vmbusinesshelp please respond to our DM and tweets regarding a lack of communication about install. over a month and no date or anybody to speak to except account manager it is now @virginmedia inability to book a contractor that is stopping us opening our National Lottery funded project.
@virginmedia@vmbusinesshelp@vmbusiness when is install? why has nothing been done since survey on 6 feb ? why can nobody get hold of outside contractor? why cant we escalate this to beyond our account manager? we cant open our business without internet & could lose funding for our nonprofit project.
@virginmedia how do we log a complaint to get this escalated. surely it simply needs a call to the contractors to make our install a priority. it's over a month still with no date booked or any timelime whatsover
@virginmedia@virginmedia we have funding streams that are dependent on timescales being met. without internet we cant have vulnerable people with disabilities in our cafe. Our specialist til system wont work not card machine and we have no office to work from.
@virginmedia@virginmedia asked to be escalated. told will do that. after pressing transpires manager on leave. nobody covering. nobody to go higher to. we believe an error was made and our agreement to pay the extra for external work wasn't ever logged. we need to start our project.
