#JeffreyDean Morgan just confirmed it: Zack Snyder’s #FlashpointBatman plans were REAL.
#ThomasWayne as a brutal Batman. Lauren Cohan’s Martha Wayne as the Joker.
And #Snyder straight-up told Morgan he had “bigger plans” before dropping one word: #Flashpoint
Fans have been talking about this movie for a decade. Now Morgan himself just confirmed Snyder was actually setting it up.
And with Snyder suddenly back at Warner Bros.? Yeah, the timing is pretty wild.

"Batman initially tried to shrug off Alfred’s warning that he was becoming more cruel because of his powerlessness, by reminding Alfred that the crimes Batman commits in his crusade are nothing new. In fact Bruce claims that “nothing’s changed. We’re criminals Alfred, we’ve always been criminals.”
However, even the Gotham residents can sense the Batman’s sharpening tunnel vision as he cracks down harder on criminals in search of intel. Valantin described the American response to 9/11 as a “unilateralist policy” which “often facilitates the exploitation of the most deprived social groups.” The Gotham residents can sense a new kind of fear in criminals since the Black Zero event, as a result of Batman becoming more unilateralist and straying away from his own imposed restrictions.
After watching Kahina Ziri cry for answers from Superman on the news, Clark Kent decides to pay her a visit at her home in Gotham so that he can talk to her. Upon his arrival he learns that “she’s been gone.” This naturally raises concerns for Clark but he takes the opportunity to inquire with her neighbors about the Batman.
The husband ominously tells Clark that “in fact if she was smart that she would’ve gotten out of this city,” then warns Clark that “you need to get out of here, before dark, unless you want to run into him.” The wife objects shouting “don’t listen to that nonsense! The only people scared of him, people who got reason to be.” Clark inquires with them further. The husband continues saying “there’s a new kind of mean in him, he is angry, and he’s hunting.”
