The user interface of SBiCard is so bad, you pay your bill in parts from other apps, it would never show the remaining amount. @SBICard_Connect . The customer service is pathetic, @ICICIBank app is so good, that if I clear partial bill, it would instantly show the updated amount.

If someone calls me and say, sorry we can't assist, then I won't be listening to that bullshit, i want someone who can really help me or else I will escalate this to the consumer court and would claim compensation for wasting my time, for the rude behaviour over call.

Issue on your part, the agent was asking me to cancel and recorder, why would I do that, when I'lll not get the same coupon again and would get charged with a convenience fee for an item.
I want an escalation against that agent. Also, ask someone who can resolve this to call me
