@PerfectMessMom @RyandaryStreams @nomadjaden I'm also still down. I've even had my subscriptions cancelled and re-subscribed through the activation link. Still nothing even though it says activated within 30 minutes. No further responses from the account though.
@nomadjaden@254Mafesha This does not help the people that ALREADY have your Legend modem and a new SIM card. I am getting very tired of having to re-explain this situation over and over to the CSRs. Unless you are stating that I need ANOTHER SIM card from you or Verizon when I already received one.....
@allkindsoface@robertj05061859@nomadjaden It's not a scam for the reasons you're thinking, but yes the company did buy this account. Nomad Internet was providing a much-appreciated service, but with their official partnership they dropped support for a lot of customers and did not roll out the new system very well.
@DreamSequenc3@nomadjaden @RyandaryStreams It's not even impatience at this point. They cut almost everyone's connection at the same time because of a failure on their end.
@zjjohnson505 @nomadjaden It really is. The sad part is, my service was working perfectly fine with the new SIM, but this seems to have thrown up a huge red flag for Verizon.
@zjjohnson505 @nomadjaden They reply eventually on the live chat. Mine was turned back on only for Verizon itself to seemingly turn it off again within the hour.
