@dperry7830@cdSmith51898318@nomadjaden That's because you probably have to pay for it to be activated! I had to order a whole new replacement service 2 weeks ago, paid for an activated SIM when shipped. Arrived dead & had to pay another $100 to activate the one they sent me... π
@nomadjaden Why would we be excited when you can't make your current customers happy and keep dicking us around? Ignoring CS emails and chats, etc. You are still completely failing your current customers, but all your worried about are speed tests?

@vixxen504@nomadjaden @NomadInternetUS Nope. When I left for my boyfriends house for the weekend Friday morning, it was still blinking red at me and dead. This was the last email I received from someone I believe was actually working for Nomad.
@MykaMayci1203@nomadjaden Also been without service... 10 days and counting here. Mine died when they made my plan and router "legendary" (obsolete) π
@vixxen504@nomadjaden @NomadInternetUS Also had to replace my own. Sim that was supposed to be activated at shipping - Wasn't. Tech support said 24 hours to activate it. At that 24 hour mark...It STILL WASN'T. Support has yet to give me a resolution. I've had no internet since 12/7.
