We often say that boynextdoor comes from a small company, that they don’t have many resources, and that they grew organically but I think sometimes we forget that there’s another side to that coin too…Being from a small company also means fewer resources, fewer staff members, and inevitable consequences that come with that reality, and I feel like this part is often overlooked..

I’m not saying it’s invalid to want subtitles on content or to feel frustrated about long waits for behind the scenes videos among other things !! Those concerns are completely valid and I think it’s important to voice them!! Things should be more organized and better planned, especially when we notice changes compared to how things used to be. However I also think we can approach these situations with a bit more understanding and consideration

We know they’re actively looking for more staff, which already tells us a lot about their current limitations,I think it’s also important to keep those contexts in mind when expressing our opinions..I think it’s more of lack of staff, rather then “don’t care about boynextdoor”

I’m not saying frustrations are invalid or that we shouldn’t speak up
Constructive feedback is important, and it can help the company recognize these issues and grow!! I just hope we can be mindful of the circumstances and focus less on accusations and more on what could realistically be improved

So in the end I just hope the company can also grow with the group and successfully adjust to them so they can grow together

I just wanted to offer this other perspective… I don’t know… to look at the situation from the “other side” you could say...

@TitlesTireMe The reactions are like that, because we were expecting behinddoor contents to be uploaded like they used to back then. and even a year end content to be uploaded but ig we have to wait a bit longer

@TitlesTireMe we're just kinda suprised by the lack of creativity and inactivity from the vidcontent staff in 2025. for me, it's not as fun as before. but then again we understand that koz is having a hard time aswell. we're hoping for the best in 2026

@TitlesTireMe its not just because koz didnt post a video since 12 days ago, its because we’re getting less updates and more lesser creative videos than they used to post in 2024, imo 2024 was more colorful than 2025, but ig now we understand cuz koz is short-staffed in 2025.
