Learn to look at the heart. The gospel is Grace is given to those who have the heart to believe God at his word. John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Don’t die in your sins and hope to get to heaven. Demons even believe Jesus is the Son of God. Matthew 8:29 And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?
I’m most difficult to the people closest to me. They do it all for me and I give them nothing but complaints and excuses in return. Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Our trauma isn’t the truth. Letting go of our hope to be healed leads into the healing we have in Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
A relationship cannot grow without reconciliation. You must repent your heart and return back to the word of the Lord. Matthew 26:75 And Peter remembered the word of Jesus, which said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice. And he went out, and wept bitterly.
The mark of a hypocritical Christian is one who thinks that they weren’t “that bad” before becoming Christian. A sinner couldn’t judge another sinner for sinning differently so who are you to judge another that has done the same. 2 Corinthians 10:12
God gives us a new heart to distrust our old one. A heart filled with hope and assurance in Him. Ezekiel 36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
Grace gives us the life we look for. The truth we proclaim renews our mind and sanctifies our soul. 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Our life is a reflection of Gods gift. The light that lives inside us is hereditary and highlights the hope found in heaven. Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.
We’re imperfect people trying to be perfect. We must be perfected by the perfect person who paid for all our imperfections at the cross. Hebrews 10:14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
There’s nothing we can do but rely on his rest. When we think there’s something we can do for his love we ignore his love toward us. Hebrews 4:11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.
The blood of Christ cannot be nullified by our actions. We are washed completely for the wrong we’ve done and are thankful to Him for taking that punishment even when we continue in sin. John 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
Patience doesn’t pace itself; it waits for the right moment to be revealed. Luke 10:24 For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.
Love starts with listening. When we hear the word we start to grow in faith. By this faith God gives us the grace to be born again. Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Just because he loves you! Your life no longer belongs to Satan so even if evil befalls you; death has no more dominion over you. 1 John 4:10 Herein is love, not that we loved God (Law), but that he loved us (Grace), and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
Life on earth is short but life in heaven is forever. We focus too much on the things that will be taken from us when God gave us a gift that can’t be taken from us. Matthew 6:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
God works through the servant. Very rarely does he lead through his Word alone. Unless your studied in the scripture, God will guide you through the one who is. Amos 3:7 Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.
