🚨BREAKING:

"If you go past my barricades, and my vehicle after a lawful order, You are legally committing fail to obey officers."

This @SpokanePD officer, who has a good rapport with people, warns and talks to residents of the dangers of going into a Level 3 Evacuation area at the intersection of W Francis Ave & N Assembly St.

This officer was also one of the officers that was overseeing the evacuation of the @SpokaneVA .

“Pursuing justice” is not confined to grand causes or public gestures. It begins with ordering one’s own life according to the Lord’s design for righteousness in the spheres of authority where the Lord has placed you. A man who provides for his family, protects them from want, and loves his wife with sacrificial fidelity is pursuing justice more faithfully than the climate-obsessed activist pontificating online. The moral obligation to do justice is always tied to the sphere of one’s actual agency.

Great Read. As a pastor, I regulary talk with new folks who are trying to recover from the effects of the post-christian social breakdown.
As a millennial, you can see the frustration with that second point in the late 90's films like Office Space, Fight Club, and The Matrix.

My look at the dissolution of the old Protestant ethic or bourgeois values, resulting from three major shifts:

- From a Protestant to post-Christian culture
