This is called economic terrorism.
Nestle pays the US Forest service $2,100 a year for a permit to collect water. They then sell Poland spring and other water brands for over 4 billion dollars. That is not money they earned. That is water they stole from the American people.

If Al Qaeda or Putin stole billions of gallons of water from the American people and then profited 4 billion dollars off of it, would we celebrate them on Wall Street or would we consider it one of the greatest terrorist heists in American history?
