@British_Airways left us with no luggage after prioritising goods over PAYING customers luggage. ‘The aircraft was too heavy’ (probably because of all the pallets of goods we saw coming off it) NO GUARANTEE OF GETTING OUR STUFF BACK!? DM’d already but no reply.. shocking..
