There is no currency so precious as time and attention.
It cannot be saved or stock piled; it will be spent and invested regardless of any effort.
Where and how is the question/key.
That said, there are two very simple boxes to make sure any given shoe checks.
The first is that the shoe must be comfortable.
The second, is that when you are wearing them you should feel just as steady, or even steadier than you do without them.
WHAT MAKES A GOOD SHOE?
Whether one likes it or not, the most accurate answer I can give is... it depends.
What it depends on is both the person using them, and what the shoes are going to be used for.
Truly, a good shoe is no different than a good pair of work gloves.
What this means is that they should fit well and allow you to do the work you are aiming to do more effectively and safely because of them.
Hence, it a depends entirely on the individual using them... and what they are looking to use them for.
It does not matter if you are looking to getstronger, lose body fat, tone your body, or solely have an eye on your longevity... the most important form of exercise for any of us to regularly do is strength training.
However, while this form of exercise will help your blood pressure, your sleep, your mental health, your mental clarity, your digestion and even regularity of defecation...

It is not something that just happens...
It is something that must be made to happen.
Having access to a broad and large physical capacity that I often see lacking in folks that struggle to get out of the cycle of their chronic or reoccurring problem.
Just like having a financial reserve, having a physical capacity that far exceeds the demands of your typical daily life is crucial for making the big and strenuous events of living more manageable.
These issues are often not coincidental, and are very much interrelated with the bodily ache, pain or problem that initially brought them through my door.
In fact, very often…
However, within this lifetime all of us have enormous potential to do just about anything that we choose to put our minds too.
Or... at least, our very best at whatever that endeavor may be.
The idea of "Natural Talent" is a lie.
After all, all of us were born a helpless infant, and everyone who was or is great at something was first terrible at it.
It was because of this desire that they put one foot in front of the other and practiced that thing as many times as it took.
Yes, there are absolutely limitations that all of us have and will face in this lifetime, and our time in this life is very much finite.
