"I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!" - Galatians 2:21
I think hearing this verse was the first time I really understood Christianity as being about God's grace and mercy, not laws and commandments.
While it is good to live well and do no evil, nothing I/we will ever do will be enough, and the grace is given in ways and reasons beyond my/our comprehension and control.
I experienced a miracle that day that had to make the point clear. Not by power of might. Not by righteousness or obeying laws. It is all by grace.
Suffering the most humiliating form of death and overcoming it by resurrection was to show us that there is nothing that grace cannot overcome.
Studying the scripture is one thing; understanding it is another. I heard that verse from a devotional, and it made me realize that Christianity is also about a life of study and learning.
All the prayers, novenas, and rosary sessions (which are necessary for meditation and discipline) could not have revealed this to me without study.
Tomorrow, we continue our series on mediation. We teach on mediation and the law of growth.
Rule no 1
"The first law of dominion, never complain about the conditions and situations you meet with, determine to change it. Complaining and murmuring are signs of servitude, slavery and defeat. It shows a person who is trapped."

Don't let negative people and naysayers stop you. Don't let anyone stop you from dreaming big. If they oppose you, dream bigger. You are not a slave of circumstances that surround you. You can win through resilience and innovation.
Genesis 37:5-9
5 And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it his brethren: and they hated him yet the more.
6 And he said unto them, Hear, I pray you, this dream which I have dreamed:
7 For, behold, we were binding sheaves in the field, and, lo, my sheaf arose, and also stood upright; and, behold, your sheaves stood round about, and made obeisance to my sheaf.
8 And his brethren said to him, Shalt thou indeed reign over us? or shalt thou indeed have dominion over us? And they hated him yet the more for his dreams, and for his words.
9 And he dreamed yet another dream, and told it his brethren, and said, Behold, I have dreamed a dream more; and, behold, the sun and the moon and the eleven stars made obeisance to me.
Years back, an "international financial infrastructure" provider set up here.
Great at moving money out of the economy but not so great at bringing money in.
So we decided to build ours instead.
That decision is TUROG, the infrastructure banks, fintechs, and regulators build on.
God is the one who knows what you really have need of.
