Ripped an informal podcast on my last day in Koh Samui
Recap of what we discussed (pod coming soon?):
1. Advice to 16 y/o entrepreneurs
2. Role/importance of love in your 20s
3. Life-optimization (how to avoid burnout)
4. Hobbies that breed success
5. Why traveling will make you successful
If you're a business owner trying to DIY your local SEO, here's the 80/20.
Ignore everything else until these are done:
1. Get reviews consistently. Train your team to ask every customer in person. Shoot for 15 to 20 per month, depending on your industry. This matters more than any technical SEO trick.
2. Respond to every review within 24 hours. Mention the service and location.
3. Fix your NAP consistency. Your business name, address, and phone number should match exactly across all directories and online profiles.
4. Add all your services to your GBP with descriptions. Takes 20 minutes. Google and LLMs needs to know what you actually do.
That's it.
Absolutely NO blogs.
No advanced link building either (you'll probably waste money).
Get those 4 things right and you'll outrank 90% of your local competition.
Guys local SEO doesn't work
Going from 0 to 28 inbound calls is overrated
Paying $160/lead for shared leads is a much better way to grow your business
It takes too long to rank anyways... 3 WHOLE months of SEO to only see a 2700% increase is nothing special
If I was this lighting company, I'd probably stop doing SEO.
This A-Z local SEO playbook covers everything you need to add $100,000/month to your local service business.

This is the EXACT strategy that:
> Made my clients $5.6M in 2025
> Ranks businesses in the toughest markets
> Works for any local service business
> Floods your site with local traffic
> Builds insane domain authority
> Has you annoyed the phone rings so often

super cheap offers ($5) are one of the most underrated way to print money online
they’re cheap, easy to sell, and build trust faster than any $997 course (+ you can make it in few mins with ai)
you only need to solve one small problem and people won't look twice as it's low commitment
like, rt + reply with ‘OFFERS’ and i’ll send you step-by-step playbook on how to run it (must follow so i can dm)
I made $87k for this LANDSCAPER in 30 days.
Scaled with Google + ChatGPT SEO.
This is the exact playbook that:
> Ranked them #1 on Google and ChatGPT (at the same time)
> Works for any home service business
Like & comment "87” and I’ll DM it to you.

i’ve been using VEO3 to pump out ads for digital products in under 5 minutes and turn any product into viral-ready content without a big budget
these ads are perfect for info, digital products, and ecom
the workflow is simple:
- drop in your script or hook
- let veo3 generate scenes
- tweak the angles and tone
- then export a stack of ready-to-run variations
each ad looks like something you’d actually see on your fyp… except it’s built to sell your product
like, rt + reply with 'CONTENT' and i'll send you my prompt template that i use to make my own ads go viral every single time
I've spent over $50,000 and 160 hours building backlinks in the past year.
I made a local link building playbook that:
- Made my clients $4.2M last year
- Works for any home service business
Like & comment "4.2M" and I'll DM it to you.

Something so nostalgic about starting a business while in school and working a job:
> hormozi podcasts walking to class
> you and that one homie at your 9-5 talking about the future
> miro boards of your scaling strategy
> “I just need to lock in”
> networking coffee chats
> spending too much on courses/mentors
I've had close to 30 service business owners come to me asking about their suspended GBPs...
So I decided to make a quick video on:
- Why you're suspended
- How to fix it
- How to prevent it
**Audio and video is mismatched, my bad.

I'm generating this home service business over $130,000/month from Google.
From 0 to 6.2k traffic/month in <12 months, resulting in:
- 150+ new clients
- 150 contact forms
- 300 calls
each month.
This thread outlines EXACTLY how I scaled this SMB with my Google strategy. 🧵👇
A hill I will die on:
Search volume on SemRush/Ahrefs/Keyword planner is a MASSIVE illusion.
All SEOs know its not fully accurate.
But I've seen businesses rank #1 in a HUGE market (4,000+ search volume) and get under 100 calls a month.
And I've ranked clients #1 in a SMALL marketing (under 250 combined search volume) and see over 150 calls in a single month.
What does this mean?
Don't rely on search volume, view it only as a (very) rough estimate of what's possible.
