Another extension with Marco Reus is unlikely, but a continuation in the Bundesliga is possible. A potential return to Gladbach is likely. Reus is available on a free transfer, making him financially viable for Gladbach. Few other clubs would likely accept further reductions in his salary, which was recently cut to just over six million at BVB. Gladbach is currently desperately searching for experienced offensive players, internally deciding to bring more leadership quality into the squad with future transfers. Reus possesses these qualities.

@LarsPollmann Yeah, I think the mismanagement has been more with Moukoko and Reyna’s minutes, but we need help staying in the top 5 and especially the top 4, so Sancho is very welcomed imo.

And hopefully something can lead to him staying around longer.
