I just read ~500 cold outreach messages.
Here's what the outstanding ones had in common:
1.Concise is the key: hook the reader in one sentence. The whole message shouldn't exceed 3 lines.
2. Numbers or brand names to back credibility : "grew X from 0 to 50K" or "worked with xxx YC company"
3.Proof of work: show the account, show the chart, don't just describe it.
The pattern reveals something deeper about human attention: we can only process so much at once, and the best senders already know that.
Which makes me think, what if the entire evaluation didn't rely on human attention at all?
Isn't that a fairer shot for everyone to express themselves fully?
heyyy guys, thank you for your patience. I've talked to some of you and I'm working my way through. Thanks again for showing interest with this position! This is AMAZING.

β have taken an account from 0β10 before, and can prove it
if that's you β comment, I'll reach out.

Someone asked me what WeKruit does. It's very simple: we built an agent to schedule interviews between you and the hiring manager/founder.
There's no need for an application, no need for posting a job. All you need to do is yep with the agent, and get ready to connect and have a great conversation.
I have ~40 hiring managers waiting online. If you want to talk to them, comment "wekruit"
