@bowmanimal Been in our dining hall all yr with kids in person and on line. Similar vibe. White board didn't work, especially for virtual kids. Best I've found is a projector that I broadcast the meeting on.
Honest and specific feedback is an essential part of student learning AND one way to help students cultivate a growth mindset is to make clear that you have a growth mindset about them and their talent, ability, & intelligence.

It's obvious to most educators that young people should have a growth mindset if they want to develop & thrive. It's not always as obvious that the same thing applies to us as educators. That we have to seek growth and challenge and love getting better.
