uma parada que eu venho percebendo há um tempo:

a grande armadilha dessa profissão é que ela seleciona gente técnica. e gente técnica é bombardeada por tutorial o tempo todo.

a melhor câmera. o melhor PC. mais um curso. mais um plugin. mais um efeito mirabolante. o novo software. o novo software que foi comprado por outro software.

e aí a gente passa a vida inteira tentando impressionar outros editores em vez de possíveis clientes.

pensa em quem te dá dopamina quando elogia seu trabalho.

é o cliente? ou é os cara da timeline que também edita?

a explicação que todo mundo dá pra editor bom que não consegue cliente é que ele não sabe se vender.

isso é preguiçoso e é meio errado.

ele sabe se vender. ele só está vendendo pra plateia errada, a coisa errada.

vende a técnica, que é o que ele tem de melhor e é exatamente o que o cliente menos sabe avaliar.

e quem vende técnica entra numa fila. numa fila, a única coisa que sobra pro cliente comparar é preço.

porque você não deu nenhuma outra régua pra ele te medir.

editor bom não briga por preço, muda de fila.

os editores do geek, mano. maior exemplo que existe.

nos últimos anos eu conquistei coisas muito maneiras e clientes que eu não sonhava em pegar.

só esse ano, desde janeiro, eu larguei meu clt, comecei a editar pra fora e fiz mais de 7 mil dólares nos meus primeiros 6 meses editando pra gringo. essa é a primeira e última vez que eu falo sobre dinheiro nesse site, que pelo bem do exemplo, é importante.

mas o que aconteceu nesse tempo?

eu só entendi como o cliente decide, e mudei de fila sem precisar melhorar nada na minha edição.

depois de escrever o artigo sobre como consigo clientes de edição em 2026, muita gente veio na minha DM pedindo ajuda.

eu comecei a responder um por um e percebi que tava repetindo a mesma coisa. então estruturei tudo: o que eu aprendi nesses anos e o que funciona de verdade. e coloquei num aulão de duas horas.

é a primeira vez que eu junto tudo o que eu sei numa coisa só.

vou falar um pouco mais sobre isso nos próximos três dias. na quarta eu posto o link aqui.

e é isso. tá tudo dito de uma vez. sem contagem regressiva, sem gatilho, nada. se você só quiser ler os conteúdos durante os próximos dias, continuar acompanhando e nunca comprar nada, tá ótimo. não é todo mundo que estará no momento certo mesmo.

é por isso que eles funcionam sozinhos também.

Besides the enormous number of new developments completed due to the post-pandemic low-interest rate boom, there are currently several construction projects underway in the city, the vast majority of which are luxury apartments.

The curious fact is that if we look carefully at these developments, we'll notice that more than half of them are empty apartments, owned by investors waiting for buyers.

But where are these buyers?

The photo below is of a very luxurious building overlooking the Porto Alegre Country Club - a wonderful Golf Club. The apartments are over 300 square meters. Notice the number of empty apartments for a building that's been done for two years.

I see this all over the city. This market is about to collapse.

Let me trace the timeline here because nobody's connecting it.

Step 1: Scrape the entire internet. Every book, every article, every conversation, every piece of art, every forum post. Do it without asking. Do it without paying.

Step 2: Train a model on all of it. Call it "artificial intelligence."

Step 3: Go to BlackRock's Infrastructure Summit and announce: "We see a future where intelligence is a utility, like electricity or water, and people buy it from us on a meter."

Step 3 is where you sell people's own knowledge back to them. On a meter.

They took the collective output of human thought, compressed it into a model, and now they want to charge you by the token to access a version of what you and everyone you know already created.

One Reddit user put it perfectly: "They stole all this data from us, the people, our life's work, creativity, art, by devouring the internet and blowing through all copyright laws. Now they want to sell it back to us in the form of a utility."

Imagine if someone photocopied every book in the public library, burned the library down, and then opened a subscription service for the copies.

That's the metered intelligence business model.

And they're pitching it to infrastructure investors as though they invented water.
