3 days later and still waiting on an update from @AerLingus to confirm that my delayed baggage has even been located, nevermind in route to me. System is a shambles especially in this age if technology. Come on @AerLingus surely you can do better!!
@AerLingus love it when you single me out and insist that I pay for the privilege to check my hand luggage in as it was deemed too big and then it doesnโt arrive in Boston. Not just 1 item but both mine & my partners. Great start to my holiday - vital items list in transit
