RUMOR: Microsoft is working on Positron, a Disc-to-Digital system that allows Xbox convert physical games into digital versions🚀

✅Insert disc in your console
✅Positron checks ownership of the game
✅It adds a digital version to your account
✅Afterwards, it will enable Cloud gaming
✅Disc likely gets disabled awards
✅This is to prevent resale afterwards

No info on pricing (if applicable) and no official confirmation has been made to date

Game Pass Ultimate has become too expensive for too many players. Starting today, we’re dropping the price from $29.99 to $22.99/month.
Future Call of Duty titles will no longer join Game Pass Ultimate on day one. They will join this tier the following holiday after launch (about a year later). Current Call of Duty titles will remain available to Ultimate subscribers.
We’ll keep learning and evolving Game Pass to better match what matters to players.

Wish PS5 supported PS3 games, not just discs but digital ones too. Right now streaming is the only option and it's locked behind PS Plus Premium. And it's not even the full library. Still, an option is better than nothing, though Xbox Series consoles offer broader support for legacy titles.
