Life is simple

[Nobody @Nobodyim26]

@TESIONQ True. Post-merger, $TSLA will be the cash cow feeding SPCX before it scales. SPCX is untested hype. If AI price wars hit, its huge capex won't monetize fast enough, dragging down TSLA's great earnings while GOOG/META burn cash. Prove SPCX can survive on its own first.

[Nobody @Nobodyim26]

[Nobody @Nobodyim26]

[Nobody @Nobodyim26]

[Nobody @Nobodyim26]

@tslaming Telcos are state-backed assets Direct-to-Cell wont easily walk past sovereign spectrum & regulations. If analysts bake in space AI, then Robotaxi, Optimus & Energy must be fairly valued too. TSLA growth isn’t inferior; informed shareholders will vote NO to any lowball eat-up!

[Nobody @Nobodyim26]

@HansCNelson @phils2702 @Tesla @OpenAI @AnthropicAI @GoogleAI @spacexai @SpaceX Exactly. Fairness is the baseline. TSLA’s physical AI is on par with SpaceX—and SpaceX literally needs it to scale. Why should only TSLA compromise? Are we second-class?
Lowball bids are dead on arrival. Equal footing or no deal.

[Nobody @Nobodyim26]

@robotaxi Look, this is why we must NEVER sell TSLA cheap.
Tesla's future is fully on par with SpaceX. Why push only TSLA to compromise? Are we second-class?
If a merger is truly for mutual benefit, it must be fair, and both sides must give ground.

[Nobody @Nobodyim26]

@Teslaconomics Elon confirmed Optimus & Cybercab are the vast majority of Tesla’s value.

I’d love a merger, but I’m no fool. If $TSLA is priced at a discount,$SPCX must take the exact same haircut.

A fair exchange ratio is everything. No charity deals.

[Nobody @Nobodyim26]

@TheSonOfWalkley People debating a $TSLA / SpaceX merger don’t get it: the two already share the same materials VP & core tech.
Merging now is just diluting TSLA to buy SpaceX at a peak.
No deal until TSLA’s physical AI is fully priced in. Let’s talk when we’re on equal footing.

[Nobody @Nobodyim26]

@TheSonOfWalkley Whoever says under 2000，please sell your TSLA and just buy some SPCX yourself，you have no idea what you are holding.

[Nobody @Nobodyim26]

[Nobody @Nobodyim26]

@Highway_30 Yeah! Need 3 to make a trans team.

[Nobody @Nobodyim26]

@jannis134 KBA have blood on their hands.

[Nobody @Nobodyim26]

@tslaming Keep in mind when the Japanese started to opt in. Just like the iPhone, now it is the top seller in Japan. The Japanese are cautious about new tech, but when they start to use it, you will notice it as a global trend.z

[Nobody @Nobodyim26]

@zbrdazdola69 They did the same thing to Apple when Nokia was their main ad customer. With X, traditional media are doomed.

[Nobody @Nobodyim26]

@HelmPeter The EU is killing European citizens by blocking FSD.

[Nobody @Nobodyim26]

[Nobody @Nobodyim26]

@RonnyGolisch Volvo

[Nobody @Nobodyim26]
