@EPLdrafts Thanks! Seems to be working now. Appreciate it. The site is really coming along nicely. I am a data nerd so I really appreciate being able to break it all down without having to spend all day in tables and spreadsheets.
@WnrWnrChknDinnr I was multi-tabling so I was hardly paying attention to what anyone else was doing but on the first slate you are gonna have some really wild choices.
Fun first EPL slate. Obv would have preferred $4k to first over the $2k we got, but we are moving on. Palace lineup was v different than expected which lead to some nice opps if you were paying attention and drafting late. GL all!
@hypotheseyes Ended up with 7.3% Haaland too (he was my 1.02) so I definitely ran hot on the top 2 spots. I am pretty sure I got Bruno at 3 or 4 a few times as well. GL!
Maxed The Premier Pup. First year for this contest and this sport so I just went with my gut in terms of strategy and structures. Should be a really fun sweat. Gonna thread out some data on my 150 set from @EPLdrafts website.
And finally goalkeepers. My only real strat here was to make sure I got at least 2 starters. Since there are only 15 starters in the player pool that became a game in and of itself. Really didn't prioritize any of them but mostly tried to avoid the promoted teams again.
@D4RKSH33P_@WooWooJTrain Is this where the "I advanced minor leaguer Matt Wallner to the semi-finals of The Dinger" support group meets? Asking for a friend.
The waters are warm in the EPL streets right now. Come join a few drafts and you will get a free BBM entry plus a fun sweat on Saturday mornings while you are grinding NFL Battle Royales this fall.
@JustinHerzig This completely ignores an important fact - drafting best ball teams is fun. Grinding best ball advance rate props on a prediction market sounds like a lot less fun. I think the majority of best ball players play for fun.
