@airtelindia I have shared the payment details. I have even raised a complaint for this issue via customer care 4 hours ago and I was told that I will be receiving a call for this issue , but there hasn't been any response yet.

Hi @Airtel_Presence@airtelindia I checked your site using my pincode, and it showed Fiber was available. Based on that, I scheduled the installation for today. I even coordinated with the engineer to ensure it happens on time, as I won’t be available in the coming days.
This is misleading, careless, and extremely inconvenient. Either get the installation done today as expected earlier or cancel it and refund my money. Don’t make customers adjust because of your false info and poor coordination.
Now, I get a call saying Fiber isn’t available and AirFiber will be installed instead. The engineer raised for the same, and now no one is answering on call or chat.
Why was I allowed to book a Fiber connection and pay upfront when u already knew it’s not available in my area?
