🚨I’m distilling my 16 years of UX and Product experience into a 1 day package!
Throughout my career, many founders and companies have come to me asking for immediate, actionable help in improving their product or service’s design and experience.
That’s where my 1-Day UX Audit comes in. Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ You brief me on your business, product, existing user feedback, and most pressing challenges.
2️⃣ I run an expert review of your product or service, identifying usability and visual issues, and friction areas in your user/customer journeys.
3️⃣ I conduct a competitor review to understand the market, standards, and best practices.
4️⃣ You receive prioritized, actionable solutions for fixing the issues I highlighted, and new opportunities to elevate your experience.
✅ The recommendations you receive will be prioritized by impact and effort, so you know exactly which quick wins to focus on for the best ROI.
The best part? You get the results in as little as 1 day. No BS!
📩 Ready to improve your product faster than you thought possible? DM me and let’s get some stellar work done together!
‼️4 slots are still available for December.
Join the ranks of some class A names like @Mushlabs, @caracarehealth (acquired), @NEOM, @UN, @colorsxstudios, @doodle, @Nevermined_i, @productboard, @Adobe, @lufthansa, @Roche, @TakedaPharma, and many many others.
It’s been an absolute pleasure to get back to in-person UX strategy workshops—this time with the talented Journey team in London and Berlin!
I look forward to an impactful collaboration with Journey, a curated platform for mental health, and the positive effects that could have on society.
On that note: I still have 1–2 open slots in December to help teams tackle their biggest UX and Product challenges.
With 16 years of experience across startups, corporates, and governments, I specialize in balancing business goals with design and product strategy to deliver high-impact results in a short time. AKA doing grounded design, the startup way.
If your team is facing a UX or Product roadblock, let’s talk! Drop me a DM to discuss how I can help.
PS: No flowcharts or post-its in this pic—we were too locked into the workshop to grab proper photos 😅 But hey, this edit feels more exciting anyway.

Technical constraints & no clear Product-Market Fit: are these limitations for design, or do they make for an innovation greenfield?
Yesterday, I tackled that question in a talk I gave to the UX department at @yara, using Web3 as a tangible example.
We dove into why Web3 UX is so BS, explored use cases that could be of value to the mass market, and reflected on how we could introduce more user-centered design and lean product thinking to deep tech industries.
I personally get most of my inspiration from parallels in other industries, and can only applaud the UX team at YARA for doing the same and not limiting their focus to their own space.
I would like to thank Paula and Marcus for inviting me, and the ±40 engaged team members for joining and driving a lively discussion afterwards!

The major piece in this puzzle is finding the right agency that understands your company's priorities and constraints, and can operate in a similar, lean fashion.
I'm leveraging my 16 years of startup experience to position @nobsstudio to help companies take their products and brands from 0 to 1.
If your company needs to move fast without compromising on design quality or business goals, you and I should be talking. Drop a DM and we'll take it from there!
Outsourcing to the right agency, especially in the early days, could be priceless. Here's why:
🌟 Professional Expertise: The right agency has the exact talent needed to help a company create consistent, user-friendly, and polished designs.
⚡ Go-to-Market Speed: An agency can hit the ground running, and its streamlined processes and experience can ensure the product hits the market faster - giving the company a competitive edge right away.
🔧 No Bottlenecks: While the agency handles the initial design work, the company can focus on hiring, onboarding, and nurturing its in-house team.
Startups and companies should prioritize building and fostering their own internal design practice over outsourcing to agencies - be it for product, branding, or innovation.
That's a self-destructive claim by an agency owner, but its my belief and I said it anyway.
Major disclaimer incoming:

Design is about people more than it is about technology.
Technology changes fast and often. People don't. Designers who are domain experts are extremely valuable. But in many cases, bringing in a designer with a fresh pair of eyes can help break the tunnel vision your team is stuck in.
At @nobsstudio, we have the right balance of experience to help you define your product's scope and take it from 0 to 1 efficiently.
Are you looking to validate a new business idea, design a new product, or even launch a new feature?
DM me, and together we'll design it the startup way.

When I started No BS, I had zero agency experience.
I had only worked at startups for 10 years (including one that I founded and got acquired).
But that turned out to be our strength.
We do design the startup way: quick, iterative, validated, and aligned with business goals.
If you're a startup looking for a product design agency that speaks your language, drop me a DM. We’ve been there and know how to help you take your product from 0 to 1!

Design should be more pragmatic and less idealistic.
Successful companies understand the importance of balancing their long-term vision for a perfect state, with tactical, short-term iterations that get them there.
The same goes for product.
However, designers are usually idealistic, and that is for a very good reason. We want things to look and work perfectly, and we don't like to produce half-baked output. We take too much pride in our work, especially since it’s the easiest target for criticism by almost anyone.
In business, however, we need to separate between design as art and design as function.
Perfection should be our long-term goal. To get there, we need to set short-term, tactical targets and actions.
We need to understand and accept the business goals and constraints we’re faced with. True creativity lies in producing magic from within those constraints.
It is a delicate balance, but it is absolutely necessary.
Remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day.
At @nobsstudio, we have over 16 years of hands-on, industry experience in helping startups, companies, and governments design and launch their products.
Do you need help with taking your idea from 0 to 1? DM me and let’s get sh*t done!
Do you care about an MVP that wins you design awards?
I asked 20 seasoned tech startup founders and their answer was no, they'd much rather focus on building a functional MVP that gets them from 0 to 1 ASAP.
That mainly boils down to 3 reasons:
1- Launching an MVP means testing your product, learning about your market, and getting valuable feedback and insights. Founders care about developing functionalities that can be quickly iterated upon.
2- Founders want to reach customers quickly to outpace their competitors. AI and no/low code tools have sped up product development, and now founders expect product design to also be on par.
3- Founders (and investors) don't want to invest too much capital into a project that’s not going to take off. By getting an MVP out there quickly and testing it, founders get to find this out sooner, and will be able to allocate their money to other projects that are market-proven.
In my 16 years of UX & Product experience in the startup world, I've witnessed countless examples where focusing on a functional MVP design accelerated the company's market learnings*.
This is why we've integrated AI into our research, ideation, and design processes at @nobsstudio, to accelerate them, enrich them, and help companies validate and launch their products sooner.
Are you struggling with getting your MVP out there? DM me and we'll help you get from 0 to 1 in a smart, fast, and pragmatic way!

* That is, unless you're building a perfectly polished product whose USP is aesthetics and experience
You should launch sooner.
A true launch—no friends & family lists, no access codes, no apologies—exposes your product to the broad market and provides invaluable insights.
This is not about just unveiling a product; it’s about engaging directly with users and learning from diverse feedback to iterate effectively. Show your work to the world and let this real feedback drive innovation and improvement.
Over the past 15 years, I've helped dozens of teams design and launch their products efficiently. And I built @nobsstudio to do design the startup way, i.e. to focus on doing exactly the things your product needs to hit the market ASAP.
Want to launch your product or service with confidence? DM me to explore how we can help you design the right thing to get you to market swiftly and effectively.

🚨 No, Designers Don’t Need To Be Domain Experts.
There's a widespread belief that designers must be domain experts in the industries they serve. However, the essence of great design lies not in specific industry expertise, but in universal human experience.
