Before we debate whether that's a good idea, I have one question:
How exactly does he plan to enforce it?
Will everyone now need to upload a government ID before accessing social media?

The question is not whether children should be protected.
The real question is whether protecting children requires everyone else to surrender privacy.

Better parental controls.
