if you want keto/fasting like cognition but still want to carb maxx then nothing better than imeglimin

imeglimin is a novel tetrahydrotriazine that partially(not fully) inhibits mitochondrial complex i while simultaneously restoring complex iii activity. this acts as a metabolic pressure-relief valve that completely blocks glucose-induced reverse electron transport and superoxide generation without dropping total atp synthesis.

high-carb meals normally flood the mitochondrial electron transport chain with nadh, overwhelming complex i to trigger reverse electron transport (ret), reactive oxygen species (ros) leak, and post-prandial hypothalamic orexin suppression (the carb coma).

unlike metformin which unselectively blunts complex i, elevates lactate, and impairs exercise adaptations imeglimin upregulates nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (nampt), the rate-limiting enzyme in the nad+ salvage pathway. this surges intracellular nad+ pools and activates sirt1/sirt3 to mimic the exact high nad+/nadh ratio of deep nutritional ketosis while eating massive amounts of carbohydrates.

it prevents the opening of the mitochondrial permeability transition pore (mptp), protecting pancreatic beta-cells, vascular endothelium, and striatal neurons from glucotoxicity and calcium-induced apoptosis.

in pancreatic beta-cells, elevated nad+ is converted via cd38 into cyclic adp-ribose (cadpr), activating ryanodine receptors (ryr) to trigger clean, strictly glucose-dependent biphasic insulin release. this clears blood glucose rapidly into glycogen stores with zero reactive hypoglycemia or insulin resistance.

so now you can carb-maxx for full glycogen and muscle fullness, but still lock in keto/fasting-level mental clarity.

here's how to use tren with zero side effects

• 5mg mwf - 15mg/week
• 25mg daily fluvoxamine with dinner

that's it, what you get in return ?

• more orexin
• better mood
• better dopamine sensitivity
• more motivation
• almost zero catabolism if on reta and heavy cut
• better work capacity
• insane fat oxidation and nitrogen retention
• would only need 5-6 hour sleep
• so much more

• pair with daily 30 min zone 2 fasted cardio and 90% clean diet

• baseline vitamins, minerals, antioxidants should be maxxed out.

5mg trenbolone mwf (15mg/week) saturates skeletal muscle androgen receptors (ar) and competitively blocks glucocorticoid receptors (gr) without crossing the systemic toxicity threshold.

this halts ubiquitin-proteasome muscle breakdown on a heavy retatrutide cut while forcing positive nitrogen retention and beta-adrenergic lipolysis.

central ar activation downregulates dat and net clearance while upregulating lateral hypothalamic orexin-a/b neurons and post-synaptic d1/d2 receptor sensitivity. this locks in relentless catecholaminergic drive, baseline mood elevation, and high-output wakefulness on just 5–6 hours of sleep.

taking 25mg fluvoxamine with dinner agonizes intracellular sigma-1 receptors (sig-1r, ki = 36 nm) and inhibits acid sphingomyelinase (asm) to shield striatal dopamine neurons from oxidative stress, surge bdnf, and lower ceramide-induced inflammation.

fluvoxamine inhibits hepatic cyp1a2 and cyp2c19 to block endogenous melatonin breakdown, multiplying nocturnal pineal and mitochondrial melatonin via pept1/2 transporters.

as the body's apex terminal antioxidant, this elevated melatonin directly scavenges hydroxyl and peroxynitrite radicals while upregulating sod and glutathione peroxidase, neutralizing tren-induced mitochondrial ros, lipid peroxidation, and neuro-cardiorenal toxicity while compressing your sleep requirement into 5–6 hours of hyper-efficient slow-wave glymphatic clearance.

30 minutes of daily fasted zone 2 cardio alongside maxed micronutrient and antioxidant stores activates ampk and pgc-1α, clearing mobilized fatty acids and scavenging trace mitochondrial ros before they accumulate.

[Dr. Nocopes @NoCopesX]

low dose 5-10mg tren is 24/7 adderall for brain and that is a feature not a bug but that much dopamine causes neurotoxicity and that is why 50mg fluvoxamine is a must when running tren no matter the dose.

it will not only counter nuerotoxicity but even reverses any previous damage and day by day improve cognition so you can run low dose tren year around, counter side effects like anger, paranoia and protect mitochondria, organs, etc.

if running tren for cognition and entreprenuership then fluvoxamine is a must.

fluvoxamine is the strongest clinical sigma-1 receptor agonist. it clamps down on glutamate excitotoxicity and stops neuronal apoptosis cold.

Sig-1R and 5-HT1A activation surge BDNF and NGF. this regrows dendritic spines, reverses prior oxidative damage, and mutes amygdala fear circuits to eliminate paranoia.

fluvoxamine locks onto IP3 receptors at the endoplasmic reticulum. this optimizes mitochondrial calcium flow to maximize ATP while halting organ-level ER stress and inflammation.

the variable is pairing androgenic dopamine drive with sigma-1 shielding for year-round executive dominance.

best first roid cycle with zero side effects

• test
• tren
• nebivolol + telmisartan
• fluvoxamine
• zone 2 + clean diet
• lemborexant
• reta and exemestane

that's it

what you will get

• chud to chad in 6 months
• better mood, cognition, alrtness, motivation, ambition, reduced anxiety and confidence
• whole life would change
• and even after coming off brain and baseline personality will change permanently especially because of fluvoxamine plasticity
• can mog 90% of people
• will be easier to get rich in future
• and many other things

50mg testosterone eod (~175mg/week) saturates skeletal muscle androgen receptors (ar) to drive satellite cell proliferation, myonuclear addition, and mtor-mediated protein synthesis while maintaining physiological estradiol and dht conversion without serum peaks and valleys.

5mg trenbolone acetate eod (~17.5mg/week) binds the nuclear ar with 3x the affinity of testosterone while competitively blocking the glucocorticoid receptor (gr) to halt cortisol-induced catabolism. centrally, it downregulates dat and net clearance while sensitizing post-synaptic d1/d2 receptors and orexin neurons for relentless executive drive and aggression.

25–50mg fluvoxamine agonizes intracellular sigma-1 receptors (sig-1r, ki = 36 nm) to shield striatal dopamine neurons from oxidative stress while surging bdnf, ngf, and allopregnanolone (via 3α-hsd). this rewires prefrontal dendritic spine architecture and silences amygdala anxiety, locking in permanent structural neuroplasticity and high-status personality traits that persist long after discontinuing the androgens.

telmisartan blocks at1 receptors and agonizes ppar-γ while nebivolol selectively antagonizes β1-receptors and activates endothelial enos to surge nitric oxide. paired with daily fasted zone 2 cardio (ampk/pgc-1α activation) and lemborexant (dual ox1r/ox2r antagonism), resting heart rate, blood pressure, and slow-wave glymphatic sleep remain completely locked down.

if starting at high body fat, retatrutide (triple glp-1/gip/gcgr agonist) forces hepatic beta-oxidation and crushes visceral fat, while exemestane irreversibly inactivates excess adipose aromatase (cyp19a1) to prevent estrogenic water retention and gynecomastia.

the variable is pairing micro-dosed ar/gr synergy with sigma-1 neuroplasticity and endothelial shielding to permanently upgrade both myonuclear density and prefrontal executive circuitry with zero systemic toxicity.

parnate mogs d-meth, adderall or any other stimulant

tranylcypromine (parnate) irreversibly knocks out >90% of mao-a and mao-b, permanently expanding intracellular monoamine pools instead of draining them. at 30mg, it saturates mao inhibition and blocks net reuptake—elevating baseline brain serotonin by ~200–300%, norepinephrine by ~200–300%, and dopamine by ~150–200% with zero oxidative crash.

at 60mg, parnate crosses the concentration threshold into direct dat/net/sert blockade while multiplying endogenous beta-phenylethylamine (β-pea) by over 1000% and trace tryptamines by 500%+. this surges intracellular and synaptic serotonin by 400–500% and dopamine and norepinephrine by 300–400% via clean taar1-mediated efflux.

pure dopamine and norepinephrine without serotonin is a trap that leads to manic hyper-fixation, anxiety, and impulsive task-switching. high serotonergic tone in the orbitofrontal and prefrontal cortex (via 5-ht1a and 5-ht2a) is the master regulator of cognitive flexibility, emotional patience, and delayed gratification—locking down the amygdala so high dopamine translates into calm, methodical, high-output execution instead of tweaker spinning.

total mao-a blockade also prevents the breakdown of endogenous n,n-dmt and inhibits epigenetic lysine-specific demethylase 1 (lsd1/kdm1a). this activates intracellular golgi 5-ht2a receptors and unlocks h3k4 histone methylation to drive continuous bdnf transcription and prefrontal synaptogenesis.

[Dr. Nocopes @NoCopesX]

limitless pill isn’t fiction it’s parnate (tranylcypromine). think adderall, transdermal selegiline and dmt working together in one molecule.

adderall like focus, emsam transdermal selegeline like mao a and b destruction so your nuerotransmitter pool is always full and literal DMT so all the benefits of microdosing intracellular 5ht2a agonism, neuroplasticyty etc.

it reverses net, dat and sert at the same time because of reduction of b-pea and tryptamine breakdown at 60mg dose, if dont want serotonergic effects that much then 30mg is enough

tranylcypromine is a cyclized amphetamine derivative that irreversibly inhibits both MAO-A and MAO-B. this stops the enzymatic degradation of dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin to keep vesicular monoamine stores permanently maxed out.

halting MAO-B prevents the rapid breakdown of endogenous trace amines, surging brain levels of beta-phenylethylamine (β-PEA) and tryptamine by over 10-fold. high-density β-PEA and tryptamine activates TAAR1 to phosphorylatedly reverse DAT, NET, and SERT, actively pumping neurotransmitters directly into the synapse.

total MAO-A blockade preserves endogenous N,N-DMT and trace tryptamines from first-pass destruction. these lipophilic molecules cross the neuronal membrane to bind intracellular 5-HT2A receptors on the Golgi apparatus, driving rapid TrkB/mTOR-mediated synaptogenesis and prefrontal dendritic spine growth.

at 30mg, it saturates MAO inhibition while primarily inhibiting NET reuptake for clean catecholaminergic focus without heavy serotonergic saturation. at 60mg, the concentration threshold crosses into direct DAT/SERT blockade and massive trace-amine efflux for full triple-transporter reversal.

the variable is dose-dependent trace amine amplification to combine amphetamine-grade efflux with intracellular 5-HT2A neuroplasticity.

but you will need trazodone, clonidine and lemborexant to sleep because the effects are 24/7.
