The lack of accountability is honestly unbelievable.
You said you apologized for "entertaining the comments," but what about calling multiple women whores, constantly using the r slur, sharing your friends' personal information in the DMs of people you barely knew, or making countless indirect tweets about multiple girls simply because they dared to leave you on read? I've had SO many girls reach out to me with the exact same story. If you can't communicate your issues like an adult, that's on you. You can say you're lonely all you want, but you were given opportunities to join groups and make friends, and you refused because you only wanted to befriend female content creators.
I also know you made a ton of indirect tweets about me days before I confronted you. I saw the DMs, so at least be honest about it. Why would you publicly air your issues on Twitter, then get upset when people see them, and get even more upset when someone responds publicly? You don't get to complain about people discussing things publicly when you're the one who chose to make them public in the first place.
Thinking that every form of criticism is an attack is extremely unhealthy. If everyone else always seems to be the problem, then maybe the problem is you. I genuinely can't believe you can't see that. Stop commenting on other people being sincere, and start holding yourself to that same standard. A real apology means taking responsibility for your actions, not just apologizing for "replying to people".
