Not exactly a huge thing but NodemailerApp now allows to apply custom labels to emails and to filter messages based on these labels.

@ashleemboyer For occasional email it is free as youd be using the limits of your regular account. You can’t send bulk though.

Despite the warning in php.ini that sendmail_path is “Unix only”, it can be used just as well in Windows. And the best thing about it - as sendmail commands are piped then NodemailerApp doesn’t even have to be running. You can see all the emails once you start the app.
