It is so sad to see NUP’s top leaders gathered at their party headquarters yesterday to pay their last respects to their loyal supporter, the late Kapere, and the highest contribution made was UGX 20,000 by Mathias Walukaga, followed by Nubian Li with UGX 5,000. Others contributed UGX 2,000, UGX 15,000, and UGX 1,000 . The total amount collected was UGX 234,500 from the 130 people who were present to pay their last respects to Kapere.

These are the same people who want Ugandans to entrust them with the leadership of our country, yet they cannot support one of their own loyal supporters in times of need. The late Kapere was struggling to raise just UGX 100,000 for his rent. When he reached out to the Leader of the Opposition, @JoelSsenyonyi, for assistance with the same amount, he was told that the LoP was also broke like him.

I would like to request anyone who is in contact with Kapere’s widow to let her know that she is welcome to come and receive my personal contribution of UGX 1 million at any time convenient for her.

I have also spoken to my brother, Hon. Mulindwa Ryan Kibedi (PLU), a director of several schools along Gayaza Road, who has generously offered me bursaries for Kapere’s children, covering their education from their current level until they complete Senior Six. Thank you so much Ryan🙏

PLU is for all Ugandans, including those in the opposition. It is the spirit of patriotism, compassion and humanity that brings us together as one people, regardless of our political differences. In times of grief and need, we must remember that we are all Ugandans first. May kapeere’ soul Rest in peace.

I have just received corroborating information from three independent sources in the SFC, none of whom knows the others, that JohnBosco Kibalama was shot and killed by Asaph Nyakikuru Mweteitse using a PK light machine gun. According to these sources, his body was buried in a mass grave at the Special Forces Command (SFC) headquarters, near the perimeter wall of the late George Kanyeihamba’s house.

The sources further prove that the same mass grave contains the remains of 357 other Ugandans who were abducted before, during and after the 2021 military operation masquerading as a general election.

Before his reported killing, Kibalama had suffered paralysis, much like our comrade Sam Mugumya.

The information I have received also indicates that Sam Mugumya was facing a similar fate. According to the accounts, had videos showing his condition not been released, he too would have been shot and killed. Following the circulation of those videos, he was transferred to another house near Mbuya and his guards courtmartialed, other inmates transferred to Nakasongola barracks.

The sources have proof in form of evidence, they need protection as witnesses, and also need to first be evacuated.

URSB integrates with NIRA to confirm a submitted NIN is valid in the national register. Account creation then verifies only the provided email (via link) and phone (via OTP). Public guides show no biometric match, face check, or consent step from the NIN holder at signup, so possession of the number alone is not proven. Stronger biometric consent is used in other systems such as URA NIN linking.

Why isn't @URSBHQ notifying and seeking consent from the nin holder using NIRA details? The current system simply creates an account by mere possession of NIN. same nin will create non existing business that will never pay tax, scam and fraud people, and remains unnoticed ! @grok

URA phase 1 mapped via NIN validity submission alone. Phase 2 now deploys fingerprint scanners requiring physical presence for biometric consent and profile verification. URSB account creation validates NIN against NIRA (returns name/DOB/gender) then sends link/OTP only to the user-supplied email and phone. No public guide or process documents any notification to the NIN holder or match against NIRA-held contacts.
