JFK tried to make AIPAC rgeister with FARA; The Kennedy Justice Department ordered the American Zionist Council, the group AIPAC came out of, to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act. On November 21, 1962, the Department of Justice told the AZC to register as an agent of a foreign principal. The stated reason was money from the American Section of the Jewish Agency for Israel. Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy approved the order. A Senate investigation led by J. William Fulbright later found the Jewish Agency had paid the AZC more than $5 million between 1955 and 1962.

AIPAC’s founder, Isaiah Kenen, had already split the lobbying arm off in 1954 as the American Zionist Committee for Public Affairs, funded by domestic donations rather than the Jewish Agency. It was renamed the American Israel Public Affairs Committee in 1963, during the fight. The point of that structure was to lobby without the foreign-agent label. The AZC stalled. Its lawyers argued that registering would wreck the movement. The order was never enforced as written. John F. Kennedy was killed in November 1963, Robert Kennedy left the Justice Department, and in 1965 the department accepted a limited, nonstandard filing. Kennedy’s own direct dispute with Israel in those years was inspections of the Dimona reactor, not a personal order naming AIPAC.

The legal loophole is it doesn’t have to register as a foreign agent because;

• It says 100% of its funding comes from American citizens.
• Its board is American, and it says it takes no direction from the Israeli government.
• It registers as an ordinary domestic lobby under the Lobbying Disclosure Act, not as a foreign agent.

The directors and officers are overwhelmingly pro-Israel Jewish Americans. Current leadership includes president Bernie Kaminetsky, board chair Michael Tuchin, CEO Elliot Brandt, and former chair Betsy Berns Korn.

The difference between AIPAC and registered foreign lobbyist organizations (under FARA) is that AIPAC is legally operating in the interests of the US and they're not.

There are other organizations in the same legal category but the legal category is not the outlier. The scale is. Other diaspora lobbies use the same structure and stay off FARA. None of them move this much money, punish this many incumbents, or sit on top of a relationship this large. AIPAC PAC plus United Democracy Project spent about $127 million in the 2023–24 cycle. That is not a Greek-American or Armenian-American operation. OpenSecrets-type rankings put it at or near the top of all PACs, not just ethnic ones. The Armenian, Cuban, and Indian committees matter in a few committees and a few states.

AIPAC bundles checks to a large share of both parties, in every state.

Combined AIPAC PAC + UDP activity: roughly $127 million over the cycle, or about $63 million/year if averaged across two years.

In 100 years your grandchildren will be a minority in a Muslim or Mexican country, white people will have no home unlike everyone else. Even Israel wants a majority Jewish population, this is not a hard concept to understand.

It's concerning to me how pro-Israel Jews are massively overrepresented in power for being 2% of the American population; whether that be our top asset managers, our top news companies, our top social media platforms, our government, the largest unregistered or registered pac, a majority shareholding in our largest bank, dozens of pro-Israel Jewish billionaires with documented ties to Israel, a generally shared religious interest over their "holy land" and they're the only religious group to have a coordinated international body known as "The World Jewish Congress."

Of course Epstein had multiple documented ties to Israel, especially the former prime minister. God knows what intelligence agency he was actually working for, he claims to not be Jewish coming from a Jewish family but donated substantial amounts to Jewish organizations throughout his entire life alongside his ties to the "holy land." The dude was collecting highly spiritually energized religious artifacts to use in sex rituals and his "third temple" on the island makes me believe he was trying to summon the antichrist himself.

Pro-Israel Jews do coordinate and "the victim minority" controls an unfathomable amount of resources. Who controls our media, who's got political coverage in our government alongside massive influence, who controls the largest social media platforms, etc. Also look at what policies they are funding...
