@VietecHeating Cant see too many options for electric when the boat is on full cooking and coffees! Maybe some sort of sustainable system with pv panels, wind or water turbine and batteries... be an interesting system though

Your customer support phone service is a serious let down. Takes far too long to speak to a representative and when you do get through they can never deal with it.

For solid fuel the benefits of it over a wet stove for heating its a no brainer to me. ... I actually have a job coming up and I'd be very surprised if the owner isn't going to install 1. He is doing his home work on it.
