Let's start off strong and introduce you to Ashley Noel Jones @noelashley, who plays our lead character "Willow"! Ashley is an actor/musician/writer and graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA with honors in Theatre/Africana Studies.

So millions of dollars but no one can give me the extra $195 I had to spend after paying thousands of dollars to book my own rental when the @vacasarentals relocation team could not/would not find me and my family a place to stay when we walked into this. Should be ashamed @vrbo

It’s sad because @vrbo you have paid millions in marketing adds about how your business offers people a space to rest and relax to gather with family and all I have encountered is a lot of rude people via one of your partner location management companies @vacasarentals

Still waiting for @vacasarentals and @vrbo to be the kind of place they claim to be. I had to get a last minute rental since the place I booked AND PAID FOR was disgusting upon arrival and #vacasa #vacasarentals could not get me a replacement place to stay.

@vrbo cannot even begin to express how BEYOND FRUSTRATED I am with your customer service. Trying to get support after arriving to a disgusting listing I rented and have had no support from your team. And I’m traveling with a senior citizen-waiting hours for support. UNACCEPTABLE
