@British_Airways processed a claim on 30/11/22 and still waiting, response from 4 mails. 1. We’re on the case 2. Will be in touch. 3. Thanks for bearing with us. 4. Sorry your still waiting. That was 4 weeks ago! 11 weeks from it being processed is shocking customer service
@celt00@fonacabbelfast Shocking mate… happens all the time now!! Absolutely zero point in having a booking system if they can’t provide the service 🤷🏼♂️
So you prebook with @fonacabbelfast 10hrs in advance for an early morning taxi to the airport! 5mins before the taxi is due no notification to say it’s been dispatched! Time due of arrival you contact them, “not sure when it will arrive, maybe 20 mins! Why even pre-book?
