🇯🇵 #USDJPY is whipsawing as intervention speculation and softer US employment data create conflicting market signals.
Heightened volatility around key support and resistance zones could set the stage for the pair's next directional move.

Check developer or general holder distribution if you can.
Sometimes you see abnormal amounts concentrated but it ends up being entirely normal (exchanges of liquidity pools).
Other times it's a single entity holding to much or even the team.
None of these metrics guarantee anything but they add to the overall picture of risk assessment.
"is this organic distribution or concentrated ownership?"

In hindsight the current move doesn't look like a surprise from an objective chart point of view.
Very similar to last range and still lower highs overall.
Yet I overestimated the decoupling of global markets and Bitcoin.
Bitcoin showed a bit more strength on the last rally and with equities surging like never before I really did see decent odds the low would be in and the current move will make the higher low.
We see that isn't the case right now. Bitcoin simply is moving on its own and my earlier hunch and thesis isn't correct.
You know I haven't been a perma bull at all this entire downtrend. I've been publically bearish on Bitcoin for many months.
But did think the reversal could have already been here.
Now it's back to the drawing boards and wait for signs of strength again in the market.
Which is clearly not here right now.
60k could still be a bottom btw. But without signs of strength right now it's purely speculation again.
Could easily just as well fall through like this.
Other than that I still stand through with what I said last year:
In the event Bitcoin does get close to $50k, you simply buy as much as you can without the need for confirmation at all.
You don't look for the signs anymore. You're getting a great deal nonetheless.
Proud to be part of this.🤝
Most tokens don't fail because the idea was bad - they fail because nobody understood what the project was about before it hit the market.
Narrative and positioning aren't marketing fluff.
They're infrastructure. Same as liquidity.
Good to see @PROOFplatform building something serious around this.
