Hey there, thanks for this, but something is really not adding up. Food composition aside, to stay at constant weight you need to burn as many calories as you eat. At 125lb, your BMR is max 1500 Kcal, which means you should be burning around another 1500 Kcal per day by exercising. But then you say you train 3x/week + 10k steps per day, which is way below an 1.5k Kcal daily avg. So you're either doing a ton of other activities or 3000 calories was a typo..?
