Jose Omar Preza Sanchez, 48, (ICE calls him Jose Omar Sanchez Castro), from El Salvador, was arrested Sept. 25 in Somerset, KY.

What the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office says:

* KyPredoPursuit flagged him for allegedly sending sexually explicit messages to a decoy he believed was a 14-year-old girl.

* He was allegedly told several times that she was 14.

* He allegedly booked a Somerset motel room to meet her.

* Deputies say he had a 7-year-old girl in the car with him.

* He was arrested at a Family Dollar by deputies, detectives and ICE.

Charged with:
* Attempted 1st-degree unlawful transaction with a minor (attempted SA, under 18)
* 1st-degree distribution of obscene matter to minors

According to ICE:
🔺 Deported from the U.S. on 3 separate occasions
🔺 Now also faces illegal re-entry charges
🔺 An ICE detainer is on him

3 deportations.

And he still came back.

But sure, tell me again how border enforcement is "cruel."
