Having a topsy turvy MH day. I'm still learning to manage w/o meds. I'm not dissing meds but I was a literal zombie on them. Nothing reached me. And I wonder if this contributed to the loss of friendships. I was soulless 🤷‍♀️ #mentalhealthawareness
