@tweethue I am trying to purchase a new hue sync box via your UK website but my welcome code does not work!!! I need to replace the old sync box that just stopped working yesterday!
@FirstEssex My daughter has tried to get the 200 from five bells at 7am and now has tried to get bus back from college that should be running every hour and it has just shown up, over an hour late!! I have paid for the whole month for this service that is diabolical.
@c2c_Rail But now no tickets (single or return) to London (dedicated stations or just zones) allow me to purchase and add onto smart card? This change is recent and only in the last couple of weeks.
@c2c_Rail Assist in loading it to my smart card or assist on purchasing a ticket? If it is the latter, I don’t need the help as I have been doing this for the last couple of days but through the app it will not give me the option to load onto smart card anymore?
@GMB On your Royal Mail Saturday deliveries… what about people that work in retail? Retail workers work shift work and sometimes their only day off is one day out of the weekend and that could be Saturday to sign off deliveries.
@c2c_Rail Is your contactless pay as you go ready for the network yet? It was stated that this would be ready for 2023 and we have heard no updated news! This would help people like me who travel into and throughout London and just wanna tap in!
@ThreeUKSupport I have been bounced from three different advisors… from technical support to new sales to add a smartwatch paring plan (that I had on my previous contract) because I am getting a new error message that states “there is a problem”. I am still on hold… shocking!
@ThreeUKSupport Still not connected… after spending nearly 4 hrs yesterday I was told that the backend team will have to look at it! Still cannot use my cellular Apple Watch like I used to on three.

@ThreeUKSupport I have been trying to upgrade my iPhone for the last 58 mins and getting same message… try again!! I even got through to the last stage and the basket deleted!! I just had to pay for shipping!! What is going on??!!!!
