Wowww

Moms on their phone: making a doctor’s appointment, sending pics to the grandmas, writing an email to an accountant, organising logistics for a visiting relative, tracking a package that was meant to arrive but didn’t, ordering things for the household because she doesn’t have time to go physically shop, looking up how to remove a particular type of stain, looking up recipes for dinner with some ingredients she doesn’t know what to do with

Onlookers: “look at her scrolling on her phone, neglecting her family”

Selamat Hari Tapir Sedunia

Ayuh, bersama kita memainkan peranan:
✅ Lindungi habitat semula jadi
✅ Patuhi undang-undang hidupan liar
✅ Jangan ganggu atau membahayakan hidupan liar
✅ Sebarkan kesedaran kepada masyarakat

Setiap usaha kecil kita membawa perubahan besar. Lindungi tapir, lindungi warisan alam kita.

Christ calls us to freedom. He does not want servants or clients, rather He seeks brothers and sisters to whom He can totally dedicate Himself. To respond with faith to this love, it is not enough to hear Jesus speak: we must accept the meaning of His words. It is not enough even to just observe what Jesus does: we must follow and imitate Him. #ApostolicJourney #Angola https://t.co/WQ4wr7yrLn

The Malaysia Racism Report recorded a record high of 107 racism-related incidents last year, the highest since its inception.

Most cases were linked to public discourse and policy, parliamentary debates, and social settings, reflecting the growing influence of political rhetoric.

It took me 8 years of overthinking, burnout, and self-judgment to realize what I’m about to tell you in 2 minutes.

This is how neurodivergent minds - the anxious, the hyper-focused, the “too intense” ones - were never broken:

[kgadi♠️ @Kgadi_yaMoloto]

Some people don’t understand why some of us hold God so dearly. They don’t understand the kind of dark places He pulled us out of. The nights we cried ourselves to sleep. The battles we fought in silence. The moments when life felt so heavy we didn’t think we would make it through.

When everything around us felt empty…
When people walked away…
When the pain was deeper than words could explain…
God was the only comfort we had. 🥹🙌🏽

He sat with us in the darkness. He held us together when we were falling apart. He carried us through seasons that should have broken us.

So when you see us loving God the way we do, speaking about Him the way we do, and thanking Him the way we do… understand He didn’t just bless our lives. He saved our lives. ❤️

The “power of the pause” can be mighty. Our tendency is to want to react. It rarely hurts to take a second and assess the landscape and our emotions before action.

You can read all the books. Watch all the documentaries. Listen to all the stories. But nothing, and I mean nothing, will prepare you for certain moments in life until you're standing in them yourself. Marriage. Divorce. Childbirth. Losing someone you love. Parenting. They all look so different when it's your heart on the line. Your choices. Your pain. Your mess. Your miracle.

It's easy to sit on the outside with theories, opinions, and assumptions. It's easy to think you'd handle it better. Until life turns to you and says, "Your turn." And suddenly, you understand. You understand the tears. The silence. The fight to keep going. The strength it takes to show up when everything feels heavy. The courage it takes to start over.

Life has a way of humbling us all. So be slow to judge, quick to offer grace, and always remember, what you don't understand today, you just might face tomorrow. We're all just figuring it out as we go. And that's more than okay.

The Holy Spirit is not only for speaking in tongues. He should help you bridle your tongue, work on your character, soften your heart, and humble you enough to apologize when you’re wrong. The work of the Holy Spirit in your life should start from within💛

I had a difficult day. Very difficult and at the end of the day I always go to the same prayer of my favorite saint.

“Let nothing disturb you,
Let nothing frighten you,
All things are passing away:
God never changes.
Patience obtains all things
Whoever has God lacks nothing;
God alone suffices.”

And nothing else matters except God.

If you are in a difficult situation, I invite to recite this prayer of St. Teresa of Avila.
