I have been without power (and therefore water and any form of security) for almost 48 hours. @Eskom_SA now claims to have restored my power and when I inform that it is in fact NOT restored I am told to log a new query. Upon re-logging the query I’m informed that it’s a weekend
@Eskom_SA Taking customers money and not responding to logged calls for days on end is illegal @Eskom_SA Fix your existing logged errors!!!! 4 days of no power is enough
Day 4 of no power @Eskom_SA I have never missed a payment, my call was logged in working hours with many many hours to spare and I’ve spent 4 days with no assistance whatsoever!!!!! No power, no water and no security!!! Does anyone care

STOP SENDING ME SMS’s THAT SAY MY PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED @Eskom_SA IT HASNT!!!!!! AND EVERYTIME YOU CLOSE THE CALL ILL JUST LOG A NEW ONE. USELESS AND SHOCKING SERVICE. NO POWER, WATER OR SECURITY FOR 3 DAYS NOW. WAKE UP!!!

@Eskom_SA You are not doing anything other than lying about restoring power on logged queries and then requiring customers to re-log queries and saying it’s a weekend call and they must wait until Monday 😡 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!
